Our Landlords
To maintain our high standards, we only accept Landlords whose properties are compliant with current regulations and have the correct licensing in place. Your property will also need to be finished and furnished (if applicable) to a good standard and compliant with fire regulations.
We will check this when conducting our property appraisal.

Let only and rent collection
Suitable for landlords who are confident with the legalities and compliance involved in managing their property and tenants.
The same as Let Only, except we manage the rent collection also. We will send you a rental statement monthly and transfer the rent, minus our fees, by BACS monthly, or quarterly. where applicable with student lets.
Fully Managed
Suitable for those Landlords who prefer a more ‘hands off’ approach.
Our services include:
Appraisal of property
Arranging photos and dressing of rooms
Marketing the property
Conducting accompanied viewings
Full referencing
Draw up and issue of contracts.
Collect and register deposits with the TDS.
Arrange tenant signings.
Rent collection.
Issue keys for the property.
Arrange inventories, check ins and check outs.
Arrange cleaning, gardening and maintenance of the property including mandatory certification carried out by a qualified tradesman.
Statements and rent transfers by BACS monthly or quarterly if applicable with student houses.
Quarterly property inspections
Deposits returned minus any deductions.
Where necessary any disputes handled.
Please note: Some of these services will incur additional costs.
We can discuss your initial requirements and gather information on the property in a phone consultation.
We will then visit the property and conduct a free market appraisal and valuation.
Once this is completed, we will contact you to discuss our recommendations for the ideal price and marketing strategy.
